List out of bounds in Hudson clover plugin

      When a Job has no targets defined, the clover hudson plugin fails.

      The clover.fullclean target should only get called if there are no other targets, otherwise the default will not be invoked by Ant.
      Also - clover.fullclean should be an option for the plugin.
