Test Optimization forgets the failed tests from previous runs if a single optimized test is run

Scenario:

• run 'All tests', testA passes but testB fails
• run 'All tests' again, just (failing) testB is run
• touch testA and run it using test optimization button
• run 'All tests' - nothing is run, as if testB hasn't failed last time.

The test failure info should be more persistent in the snapshot - keep it there until this very test is run successfully
