I hadn't seen your message from Dec 30 because I wasn't "watching' this issue. I wandered back here today to see if there was any news, and saw your update.
I just installed the DEV version of the clover jar, and it's working for me in IDEA 93.67. Thanks very much for the fix!

Development plugin version build is available at:

It can be installed directly by copying to plugins folder or from IDEA via Settings->IDE Settings->Clover->Auto Update->Download from URL

This plugin version should work with the latest Idea 9.0.1 (currently available in EAP only).

Known problem: Test Optimization does not work.
This version has not undergone full release testing, so other problems may surface.

I get this "undefined path variable" error whenever starting IDEA, which is the same time the Clover plugin fails.

I don't know if this is related to the bug or not, but when starting up IDEA and I get the error from the Clover plugin, I also get a popup from IDEA complaining about an undefined path variable "CLASS", which it then asks me to clear. I do that on each startup, but it never seems to get resolved. I will attach a screenshot.
