create simple shell and bat scripts to run the Command Line Tools with Clover2 on the tutorial.

      We need to add the following scripts to the Clover tutorial:

      clover.sh and clover.bat .

      Both of these will:

      1. run cloverinstr over the sources
      2. call javac on the instrumented sources
      3. run the unittests
      4. generate a HTML by default
      5. generate an XML report if called with the 'xml' parameter
      6. generate a PDF report if called with the 'pdf' parameter
