Integrate with Confluence's functional tests

Confluence func-tests currently take around 25 minutes to run.

Since the tests are in their own module (and in the src/main/java), some work is needed in the maven-clover2-plugin to ensure that per-test coverage is correctly collected, and that the clover2:optimize correctly optimizes.
