I've noticed that some output from clover is being sent to stderr instead of stdout. This is annoying because Bamboo highlights it as an error, and also, in principle because much of the text isn't reporting an error.

I've attached two screenshots of Bamboo where the errors are reported. I've also included the stderr.txt and stdout.txt, output from a limited run on a local machine (not Bamboo).

If no errors are occurring than stderr should not be used for communicating with the end user.
