Changing Exclusion Annotation makes Annotations in Eclipse behave inconsistently and changes are not applied right away to current editor window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Coverage Explorer window
2. Change settings Exclusion Annotation settings
   

Actual behavior

Annotation settings are not applied to any editor windows.

Expected behavior

Annotations should be hidden or not according to selected preferences.

Workaround

In order to get changes applied user needs to restart Eclipse. Sometimes it's not sufficient and it's still required change coverage highlighting settings back and forth to see Clover annotations.
