[CLOV-1908] Add new property clover.automaticIntegration

Add clover.automaticIntegration to CloverPluginExtension.
Run existing tasks only if this flag is set to true.

Rationale behind this is when some customer have more complex build it will be easier for him to use Clover Tasks and disable built ones.
