Add 'lambda body' to built-in context filters

    Description

In built-in context filters we have various standard code blocks, including the 'method body'. When selected, entire methods are filtered-out, except lambda functions:

We should have also an option to filter out lambda functions (and keep regular methods not excluded).

      Scope:

      • define new 'lambda body' context in code instrumenter for Java
      • add 'lambda body' option for Ant, Maven, IDEA, Eclipse, Grails and command line tools (in reporting)
      • it should not only gray-out the code, but also take it into account during metrics calculation

      Extras:

      • and what about Groovy's closures? and Java8 lambda functions (if Groovy starts supporting this syntax)?
