Ensure that reports show the test name and not the method name

      Make sure that HTML, XML, PDF, JSON reports will display the test name (like "my test name" taken from def) rather than the actual name of test method (like $spock_feature).

            XML is out of scope (no test information is present in this file format)
            PDF is out of scope (has just a summary)
            JSON use static/runtime test instead of method name
            HTML use static/runtime test name instead of method name:

            • test summary table on "Results" page
            • expandable test contributions table on a source file page
            • pop-ups with test contributions opening on click on the left page margin
