Create clover2:embed-runtime-jar goal

      Create MOJO for:

      clover2:embed-runtime-jar

      which will read the <targetJar> property and do the same what Ant task does.

      Difference: we might use maven-assembly-plugin and download clover-runtime artifact for this.
