Implement integration with Maven Tycho Plugin

Currently Clover-for-Maven cannot handle maven build with the maven-tycho-plugin. More details here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/1919/maven-3-tycho-and-clover

To be done: hack the maven-tycho-plugin and intercept its internal call of javac compiler and instrument sources on the fly.
