Restructure Clover modules

      • extract Clover Runtime from Clover Core (much smaller Clover code will be deployed with instrumented android application)
      • prepare first version of maven build for Clover modules - wrap existing build.xmls in POMs (optional)
      • prepare second version of maven build - declare used third party libs as depenendcies, prepare tasks converting some of them "on the fly" - retrotranslator, repackage etc (optional)
