The NullPointerException is raised while user clicks on the "Close" button in the "Run Clover as" dialog. It prevents window from closure on older eclipses (e.g. on SpringSource 2.6; on SpringSource Tool Suite 2.9.1 which is based on eclipse 3.7.2 it is non-blocking).
