This is occurring in both the official 3.1.2 and the latest snapshot sent. When restarting IDEA 11 after having enabled and run tests while Clover was installed, shutting down and restarting IDEA will hang on the 'splash' screen. Killing it and restarting will get IDEA going again, and it will complain about having corrupted indexes. The indexes rebuild and you can continue working, but then rebooting again will have the same issue. Disabling Clover resolves the issue.
I looked through the system logs and found the log attached, which seems to be related.
