Allow @jirabot to listen for KEY-123

      In the JIRA Cloud for Slack integration, @jirabot will show details about an issue if it sees a URL to an issue (https://jira.atlassian.net/browse/KEY-123)   Is it possible for @jirabot to do the same when it sees this KEY-123?
