When employees leave Elsevier or a vendor, or simply move to new roles with changed responsibilities, they do not necessarily tell us they no longer need their JIRA logins.  They may not remember they have them.  Then, when we must deactivate a long-unused login, in order to add a user, we must browse through the entire list.

The ability to sort by last session would make this search much easier.
