Problem Definition

G suite integration has a feature to delete user or change user's information automatically every 4 hours.
cf. Manage users with group-based syncing

However both of Confluence and JIRA have audit log, they only show general information but not any detailed log.
Hence currently admin even cannot know that the user was deleted/changed by G Suite integration.

Suggested Solution

Show that the manipulation was executed by G Suite integration, preferably with detailed log such as "The user is deactivated on G suite" message.
