Add DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA cert to the cloud's keystore

      Summary

      It is currently not possible to setup application links between a Cloud instance, and a Server instance that is secured with a DigiCert signed certificate. This is due to the lack of the DigiCert Root CA's certificate in the Cloud keystore.

      Suggestion

      A huge improvement that would make sense in the Cloud environment is to include the cert into the keystore. The certificate can be retrieved from Digicert's site at:
      https://www.digicert.com/CACerts/DigiCertHighAssuranceEVRootCA.crt
