Customize mail handler to use specific fields value extracted from e-mail

      Problem Definition

      Structured information in email body does not get processed as field value, such as writing something like this in the mail body:
      Components=LCA or
      CustomerID=1234
      (where Component and CustomerID are issue fields (one pre-defined and one custom)).

      Suggested resolution 

      Email handler should extract these field values and use them while creating an issue.
