UI Option to Increase Number of Gadgets Displayed on the Dashboard of JIRA

      By default, JIRA haves a configured limit for the gadgets to be displayed in the dashboard in order prevent DOS attacks. However, in JIRA Server, we have the option to increase the number of gadgets in the dashboard by updating the jira.dashboard.max.gadget value, in the jira-config.properties file.

      This is a feature request to allow the Cloud platform to have an option in the UI to change the gadgets displayed in the Dashboard.
