Reroute /jira or similar to /secure/MyJiraHome.jspa

      In CLOUD-6068 the ability to configure the default landing page for an instance was set, but this can make it hard for users to land on JIRA directly.

      An ideal fix would be to have a redirect somewhere that users can be told to go to.

      Potential workarounds

      1. Bookmark/direct users to secure/MyJiraHome.jspa
      2. Use the product links in the top left corner to navigate to JIRA
