Reduce minimum # of characters in Atlassian Cloud instance name

    Description

      When creating a new Atlassian Cloud instance (Confluence or JIRA), the instance name (sub domain) must be at least 6 characters long. We would like to use our company name which is 5 characters. Please reduce the minimum # of characters to no greater than 5.

      Note: HipChat allows us to use 5, therefore we create a HipChat instance with 5 characters in the instance name.
