1 In the bureau select portfolio in the drop down.
2. In the report section choose CPP Estimated coast report from the drop down.
3. Select the start and end date in date and range.
4. Click the show reports button.
5. A list results will display.
6. Scroll all the way to the right till you see the 3 columns speaker expense estimated , speaker expense actual , speaker internet estimated and speaker internet actual.
7. All these columns are reading 0 for every program.
8. If the total program coast actual has a amount filled in. so should the columns that associated with the total program coast actual
