Description
In response to the below email, I'd like to request about changing preferred time for maintenance window. Instead of 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM, kindly make it 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

Dear Farrukh,
As part of our constant drive to improve your experience with our Cloud products, we're excited to let you know about some changes we're making to your service, wine-searcher.atlassian.net, from February 15, 2016. In order to improve stability, reduce risk of slowdowns and outages, and improve timeliness of service improvements and fixes, we're changing our release policies and giving you more control over when releases take place.
We also understand every minute is vital for you and your team. When introducing the change to maintenance windows on February 15, 2016, we'll be actively working on reducing downtime from maintenance to less than 15 minutes per week.
With these release policy changes, we're aiming to deliver the following benefits:
Faster improvements - We'll be able to release improvements and fixes daily, so your teams can take advantage as soon as they're available.
Improved incident management - We'll manage incident detection and correction at a more granular level, allowing us to detect issues sooner and fix them faster.
User-controlled release windows - Your administrators can request their preferred release window, further reducing risk and possible disruption to your team.
New maintenance window times are based on your current server time, and typically reflect the least amount of usage by your teams. We'll only use the daily maintenance window on days when we have beneficial changes to deliver.
Your maintenance window will be between 1:00am and 3:00am in your server's respective timezone (you're currently set to Pacific/Auckland).
To change your current server time, create a ticket at support.atlassian.com to let us know your preferred timezone and when you'd like the change to occur.
