      Problem Definition

      Cloud Customers would like to disable the Public Service Announcement Banner so that it does not reappear or an option never show for certain Admin users

      Suggested Solution

      Include an option to "Never Show"/"Never Show Again" the PSA banner message. This should include an option to disable all PSA banners entirely.

      Workaround

      The PSA Banner appears to be cookie based; if browser cookies are cleared or switched to another browser altogether, the message can reappear during its Display Window.
