UX improvement in "Project" and "Agile" menu options and inside the "Boards" page.

I have witnessed countless situations in which a new user complains of not having access to a project or a board. For some reason, the new user doesn't figure out that the drop down options shown in "Projects" and "Agile" menu are only the most recent, and that there is an option for showing all projects and all boards. Even when the user enters the boards page, they again see only their recent boards, which might be empty for new users. For some reason, the "All Boards" link to the left is not easily spotted, and the user complains of not having access to the board. I know that all options are there, for those who know how to see them, but the fact is that quite often users just don't see them at all. There might be something you may do to impove UX in this matter.
