When I signed up for https://mariadb.atlassian.net - the first time you get in, it is normally going to introduce you to JIRA (14-15 step process). However, what I saw was a blank area where this introduction needed to be. I found that if I disabled the AdBlockPlus plugin/addon in my Google Chrome, and refreshed the page, the introduction showed just fine. Thus, something in AdBlockPlus is causing the introduction from working correctly. Can you check on your end if you are seeing the same?
