      Problem Definition

      Cloud Customers cannot directly import from Mantis Bug Tracker like JIRA Server instances can

      Suggested Solution

      Include Mantis Bug Tracker as an option with the JIRA Import Plugin for Cloud

      Workaround

      • CSV Import from Mantis to JIRA Cloud
        or
      • Setup Staging JIRA Server Instance, Import Mantis to Server, Server > Cloud Migration

            Seems pretty shady to put up landing pages like this one, https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/importer-migrations#!jira-mantis. And get people to think that you support mantis imports on all platforms. You should clearly specify that the import is only available on the server version. False advertising is never a good way to build customer relationships... *Unhappy customer!*
