As described in this documentation, Cloud users only have 25GB of disk storage available.

However, the applications don't give the customer a way to check disk usage, to see how much of the 25GB their using and how much space they have left.

As a customer and a site administrator, I'd like to be able to see the disk usage so I have a better control.

Atlassian offers unlimited storage in our Premium and Enterprise plans for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

Usage information is available in the UI, see https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/

Hi everyone - just wanted to share that we've increased the storage limit for both Jira Cloud products and Confluence Cloud from 25GB to 250GB, regardless of user tier.

If you have both Confluence and Jira, each has its own 250GB storage limit (note that all Jira family products have a combined storage limit).

Storage is primarily made up of:

            • Attachments from Jira products
            • Confluence attachments

It’s also important to know that storage limits in Cloud are not currently enforced. We are currently revising our storage policy in Cloud and will roll out more options for purchasing additional storage, along with enforcing the limits sometime in 2019. We will notify customers in advance before we roll out these changes.

If your Atlassian Cloud products exceed the storage limit, your instance will not be suspended, except in extreme circumstances, and we will not remove any data. If you exceed your storage limit by a small amount, and you're storing acceptable types of data, your products will continue to work.

+1, this is something which is very much needed. Its quite difficult to understand how quickly a cloud disk may fill up, especially if we start automating around JIRA. We also need some way of alerting when the space gets filled up and which JIRA project/Confluence is taking more space. On a server version, we usually look at the attachment folder to find the project which would be consuming more space due to attachments.

+1. I need a way to monitor my Confluence Cloud disk usage.

This is a much needed feature. All of the workaround listed on "answers" are only usable by on premise customers. Contacting support, I was able to get a great breakdown by product (JIRA, Confluence and Bamboo) then by Bamboo Plan (which in my case was the biggest offender).

This is needed to help us manage our environment.

This would really help us JIRA Admins
