Add Czech language to cloud JIRA in exchange for our participation in translation project

We want to completely move our hosted JIRA environment and Client Service Processes into JIRA cloud but only on the crucial condition that we would have the possibility to communicate with our clients in their native language - Czech. We offer our full collaboration on the Czech translation project.

If we guarantee the readiness of the Czech language pack for JIRA in a given period of time, will you guarantee to add the Czech language support in general configuration (site default) and user profile preferences?
