When receiving email notifications for comments or inline comments in Confluence OnDemand, the email message does not currently distinguish between either type.

e.g. "xxx commented on a page" could be inline or at the bottom of the page.

It would be help to distinguish between them - e.g.

"commented inline on a page" vs "commented on a page"

This might sound minor, but the notification may be recalled later by the user who then navigates to the page, rather than clicking on the link. By distinguishing between inline and page comments in the original notification, this may give a clue to the user about where to look for the comment or inline comment when browsing the page or once an inline comment is resolved.
