Currently, the Billing Overview and Manage Applications pages inside Annual (OnDemand) instances are not displaying the add-ons. This is a public-facing report so users can keep track of the progress on the bug fix.

Please note that the bill will still be correctly calculated and displayed correctly in other systems (e.g. my.atlassian.com) and when you are billed.
