JIRA OnDemand Backup ZIP file is corrupted

      Hello
      Any zip file bigger than 4Gb downloaded from JIRA OnDemand Backup Manager is corrupted and cannot be opened.
      Please help with the issue!
      Also please make a backup of our instance and send me a link to it (beeter use .tar)
      This is very urgent - we are planning to migrate to a hosted verision soom.
