Newly created Service Desk users are not able to access open Confluence pages as attributes are not synced with crowd

      When a user creates a new Service Desk account, they are immediately logged in, but unable to access the Confluence KB spaces even though anonymous access is enabled. This seems to be caused by https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-2923 and https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-4021. When a user attempts to access Confluence they are presented with a Not Permitted message.

      Workaround

      1. user can log out and back in and will be able to access the pages
      2. Or, waiting for sync to occur, though this can take up to an hour
