1. Try other Atlassian apps appears in App Switcher, and customers view this as an unwanted advertisement.
2. ACE has confirmed it's not part of their advertising.
3. This also displays for non-admin users, which I feel is an unwanted behaviour.
4. It is possible to hide it forever but this only does it for the existing user.

More importantly, only show this for those who have billing access. Secondary would be to have a way to turn it off by default for all users.
