Ability to create more than one user with the same email address

    Description

      Recent update on OnDemand platform remove the possibility to create a second user with the same email address.

      Returning the following error message:

      Whoops!
There is already an account with the provided email address.

      Please provide a way to create more than one user using the same email address.
