Billing pages do not load from China

    Description

      The firewall of China blocks content from cloudfare, which is serving up some of the css and other files within the billing module of Atlassian OnDemand. This means that customers from China can not load the billing modules for Atlassian OnDemand

      Workaround

      Use a VPN when accessing Billing pages.
