When marking version as released, date in pop-up is always one less than expected

      I've noticed for some time, that when a version is configured with an expected release date, when marking as released, the pop-up window with the date field and calendar button always displays a date one less than the expected release date.

      For example, if the date is set to 3 Jun 2014, the pop-up displays 2 Jun 2014.
