Atlassian recently implemented a new user and group management console.

I just tried to delete a user using two different admin accounts, and got the same error:

"Delete user

vishwanadham.kotla@atmel.com cannot be deleted because of the following problems

Please resolve the following application references.

Confluence: Error communicating with Confluence: Unauthorized"
