Customers would like to more accurately know when their users last accessed their OnDemand instance. Displaying a 'last login' alone is insufficient, given users can select 'remember me' which means they could be continuously using the system but not have to pass through the 'login' page for some time.
We will be displaying a 'last activity' timestamp per user on the main /admin/users page, instead of the current 'last login' column. We'll keep displaying 'last login' on the individual user view, alongside 'last activity'.
