when i create a review and then click to the right of the title to edit the review, the moderator and author fields have the value luser1 on the edit page. they should have the value they had before editing the form so that the values don't change unexpectedly.

this has happened with two reviews so far on http://test.jira.com/ but not with reviews on http://svn.atlassian.com/fisheye
