Unable to add JIRA servicedesk add on to my ondemand evaluation instance

      On demand evaluation instance

      While evaluating on "add ons" available for my ondemand instance, I was unable to start the free trial of the JIRA service desk add on using my ondemand instance. my atlassian id is wakkawi@etisalat.ae.

      Whiel clicking on the free trial button on the manage add ons screen , it opens a screen with a message "Ops broken link/dead"
