Jira Macro needs Option to Show all Issues

The Jira Macro is a great feature and will save us tons of time. However we can not use it unless it displays all the issues on the page especially in the pdf.

Using the Jira macro on a confluence page it automatically limits the amount of issues that display. And it is not configurable.

1. Allow display all issues. (And possibly configure the amount you wish to hide.) But definitely show all issues.

2. In order to use the export to PDF option all the issues from Jira need to populate the pdf.
