Unable to reset password

Recently my cookie has expired and I was prompted for a password, that is somehow is not saved by the browser.
I reset my password by username (philpirj), receive an email containing reset password link:

If you follow the link below you will be able to personally reset your password.

And when I follow this link I'm not either temporarily logged in or prompted to change password and ten log in, i'm redirected regular login page.

I've tried to log in with empty password, and It stated "Invalid credentials", while my colleague reports that:
