Can't download SVN dump, seems there's a 180 second timeout on the ondemand webserver

In the process of migrating to git.. Trying to get our svn dump. Dump created, roughly 3gb.. tried downloading it 5+ times, via http and webdav, always fails at roughly 3 minute mark, differing byte counts but around 1gb (~50mbps download speed).

My guess is that ondemand has a 3 minute timeout on the web server.. So either that's going to need to be increased, or we'll need another way to get that file..
