Display URL not respected in Application switcher

      Symptoms

      When the application URL and base URL for an application are not the same, the display URL should be used when creating links. For the application switcher, this is not being respected. This is not the same issue as CONF-22283, which is working fine.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an application link
      2. Change the display URL to something other than the application URL
      3. Click the application switcher at the top left of the page, and observe the link is not using the display url correctly

      Workaround

      Recreate the application link, using the display URL as the application URL.
