In an AOD instance where FeCru is subscribed and JIRA is integrated with Stash, users will need to have application access to FeCru in order to see Source tabs.

This is restricting users that don't require access to FeCru but them to see Stash info in JIRA.

EDIT: This also affects instances that has no FishEye subscription and users won't be able to view the source tab at all.
