Project shortcut is not working in Bamboo for remote applications

In Bamboo OnDemand, clicking a project's avatar to bring up the project switcher will result in a perpetual spinner that will not load the project shortcuts to the other applications.

This also manifests as a JavaScript error on almost every Bamboo page.
