Administrator are not able to access the "changing global logo" page via interface

    Description

      The steps for changing the Global Logo should be:

      1. Click on the cog (right top of the screen)
      2. Click on Confluence Admin
      3. Click on Global Logo under Look and Feel
      4. Choose the file and then Upload it

      However the option Global Logo under Look and Feel is not available.
